August 1st Prince of Wales sportfishing report from Craig Alaska at Kingfisher lodge is that fishing for kings remained steady but the silver salmon seems to be tapering off. Today the Trinity guided by Joel Steenstra landed its limit of kings the largest by Neil DeGhetaldi at 38 pounds. They also landed their limit of silver salmon and halibut. The Jeanette Elaine only landed one king salmon at 30.2 pounds and the limit of silver salmon and halibut, as well as ling cod.
Weather was light rain and calm winds.
